Resolve Credit negotiates directly with your creditors, corrects errors dragging down your credit report, and builds one plan you can actually follow through to zero.
Most people need more than one of these at once. We build a single coordinated plan instead of sending you to different specialists for each piece.
We negotiate directly with creditors to reduce what you owe on eligible unsecured debt, often significantly below the original balance.
Estimate my savings →We dispute inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable items on your report with all three bureaus until they're corrected or removed.
See how disputes work →For clients who qualify, we arrange a single fixed-rate loan that replaces multiple high-interest balances with one predictable payment.
Am I a fit? →Every client is paired with a coach for monthly check-ins on budgeting, so the plan holds even after your last payment clears.
Talk to a coach →You'll always know which stage you're in and what happens next — no vague "we're working on it" updates.
We look at everything you owe, your income and your credit report together, and tell you honestly whether settlement, consolidation or repair fits best.
You choose what to include in your plan. A dedicated case manager is assigned to you from day one — the same person throughout.
We contact creditors and bureaus on your behalf, sharing every offer and outcome before anything is finalized.
Once balances are resolved, we confirm the updated status with each creditor in writing and hand you a clean file for your records.
Adjust your total unsecured debt below for a rough estimate. Your real plan is built from your actual creditors and balances during the free review.
“I owed $23,000 across four cards and felt like I'd never see the end of it. Resolve Credit settled everything in under three years for about a third of that.”
“My case manager actually called me back. That sounds small, but after dealing with collections agencies, it mattered more than anything else.”
“Two collection accounts that weren't even mine got removed from my report within two months. My score jumped 61 points.”
It isn't the right fit for everyone. Here's an honest look at how it compares to the alternatives.
| Approach | Debt Settlement | Minimum payments only | Bankruptcy |

In the short term, yes — settled accounts are marked accordingly and missed payments during negotiation can lower your score. Most clients see their score recover and often improve past where it started within 12–24 months of becoming debt-free.
Unsecured debt — credit cards, medical bills, personal loans and some collections accounts. Secured debt like a mortgage or auto loan, along with federal student loans, isn't eligible for this program.
No. Under federal law, and as our own policy, we don't collect a fee until a debt is actually settled and you've approved the outcome. Fees are disclosed as a percentage of the enrolled debt, in writing, before you sign anything.
Once a creditor is notified that you're represented, most direct contact with you should stop or reduce significantly. We handle communication and keep you updated on every offer.
Forgiven debt over $600 is generally reported to the IRS as income on a 1099-C. Your case manager walks through the likely tax impact for your specific balances before you enroll, so there are no surprises later.
Tell us a little about your situation. A case manager — a real person — will follow up within one business day.
